Thank you for choosing Who Scent U Parfumerie! We are committed to getting your beautiful fragrances to you as safely and quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy carefully.
1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped exclusively on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Please note: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, major sales), processing times may be extended. We will notify customers via a banner on our homepage or email if significant delays are expected.
2. Domestic Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates
Due to the nature of our products (alcohol-based fragrances are classified as flammable liquids), we are required to ship via Ground Service within the contiguous United States. Air travel is strictly prohibited for these items.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. The transit times listed are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Restrictions (Important Hazmat Information)
Perfumes containing alcohol are classified as flammable liquids and are subject to strict Department of Transportation (DOT) and carrier regulations.

Ground Shipping Only: All fragrance orders must ship via ground transportation within the U.S. We cannot offer expedited air shipping services (Next Day Air, 2-Day Air).

Non-Contiguous US: We are currently unable to ship alcohol-based perfumes to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses due to federal regulations prohibiting the air transport of flammable liquids to these destinations. Orders placed with these shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.

P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Ground Advantage only, provided the product meets their specific volume and packaging requirements. Large or multi-item orders may not qualify.
4. Order Tracking and Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Insurance

Who Scent U Parfumerie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Once the package is tendered to the carrier, the responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Damaged Shipments: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Shipments: If tracking shows your package has stalled or is lost, please contact the carrier first. We can assist by providing any necessary shipping documentation upon request.

Delivered but Not Received (Theft): We are not responsible for packages that are marked "Delivered" by the carrier but are claimed to be missing or stolen from the delivery location. Please ensure your delivery location is secure. We may recommend filing a police report and/or a claim with the carrier.
6. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping for alcohol-based perfumes due to complex international customs, duty, and hazardous materials regulations.
7. Packaging and Safety

We take extreme care in packaging your perfumes in accordance with all carrier requirements for shipping hazardous materials (Limited Quantity/ORM-D). This includes:

Using sturdy, rigid outer packaging.

Applying necessary inner packaging (absorbent materials, cushioning) to prevent breakage and contain leaks.

Properly labeling all packages as required for flammable materials.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
