Refund Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of fragrances, body products, accessories, and any other items sold by Who Scent U Parfumerie are considered final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or monetary exchanges for any reason, including:

Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the scent.

Allergies or skin reactions (customers are advised to test samples prior to purchase).

Discovery of a lower price elsewhere.

Gifts.
Once a fragrance leaves our premises or is shipped, we cannot guarantee its condition or integrity, which is why it cannot be accepted back for resale.
2. Non-Refundable Items
This policy applies to all products sold by Who Scent U Parfumerie, including but not limited to:

Full-sized perfume bottles

Sample and travel-sized sprays

Custom-blended fragrances (if offered)

Gift cards
-
Sale, clearance, or discounted items
3. Exceptions (Exchange or Store Credit Only)
In the rare event that your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, Who Scent U Parfumerie will offer an exchange or store credit only, subject to the following conditions:
Exception Action Required
Damaged or Defective Product You must notify us within five (5) calendar days of receiving the product. A photo of the damage to the item and the packaging is required.
Wrong Item Shipped You must notify us within five (5) calendar days of receiving the product. The incorrect item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
If your item qualifies as an exception, we will provide an exchange for the same item or issue a store credit for the original purchase price. No cash refunds will be given.
4. Shipping and Handling
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with a valid exception return unless the item was damaged or the wrong item was shipped due to an error on our part.
5. Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase from Who Scent U Parfumerie, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in this No Refund Policy. We encourage all customers to carefully review their order before finalizing their purchase and to utilize any available sampling options to ensure satisfaction with the fragrance choice.
